Remember when…

Remember when you would use wax to create an effect with watercolor painting?

I tried it with water colour paint [made out of stamp pad ink from the office supplies and water] and here’s the result.

The trick for creating tone is to wait for the first layer to dry and then paint over if not the paper will just wear and tear.

Speaking of art and memories. Primary/secondary school art was so fun. There was never a day of art lesson so dreary. There was never an assignment so boring.

Pottery making, collage, shading, painting and other crafty stuff.

Oh remember when holes on the bottle caps were cool? And  we would just squeeze the bottle to squirt out water? Good times.

Well, while I sit here reminiscing the great memories in primary school, I hope you have a great weekend.
